About Us
APS Healthcare’s Healthy Together program provides services to both providers and clients of the Wyoming Medicaid, Division of Healthcare Financing. Services provided by this program include:

Utilization Management (UM) services for select medical and behavioral health admissions and procedures to assure healthcare needs are met and services are utilized appropriately.

Health Management services for Wyoming Medicaid, Division of Healthcare Financing, by promoting adherence to provider’s instructions, clients become better educated health care consumers and utilize health care services appropriately.

Pay for Participation Program allowing for provider reimbursement for specific screenings and education provided to Medicaid clients and for referral to the Healthy Together program.

PASRR Level II Determination assisting facilities in screening for serious mental illness and/or mental retardation assessing the need for and availability of special services.
